Live Music Venues In Chard

Music in Chard is mostly pub based so gigs are for the most part free of charge. (Thank you Landlords and Landladies!) There are a few social clubs with occasional entertainment but they don't seem to promote their events outside of their own membership.

THE PHOENIX HOTEL (01460 66444) in Chard has entertainment each Thursday night with karaoke on the first Thursday of the month. As well as live music, you can expect to enjoy both karaoke and disco nights as well.
THE CHOUGHS HOTEL (01460 63266) in Chard has musical entertainment that's generally on a Thursday night. It's mostly Rock music but Punk & Ska get the occasional night as well.

THE GREEN DRAGON 01460 63311) at Combe St Nicholas has the most unusual pub sign you'll ever see (a carved dragon) and live music on alternate Fridays.
